A television programme which features the work of two health visitors in Gloucester, England, fails to highlight concerns about possible cuts to the service. The Gloucestershire Health Authority is considering cuts to a number of its services due to its current deficit of 2.7 million pound sterling. The health visitors raised political issues during 35 hours of filming but their comments received little attention in the final production. The documentary concentrates on the families visited and the advice given by the health visitors.
