The weather conditions on top of Mount Mansfield are discussed. The news in Mansfield is mostly about commuting conditions, which are tricky, the temperatures are well below freezing, and there's an almost total white-out on top of the mountain but the town's only inhabitant, Mike Rainey, the transmitter engineer, is pretty used to these conditions.
