Court finds heavy lifting led to nursing assistant's CTS

Article Abstract:

Illinois Court of Appeals has agreed to give benefits to a nursing assistant working in Kishwaukee Community hospital. The nurse claimed benefits after suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), which she thinks has occurred due to the heavy lifting duties in the hospital.
