The paradox of change

Article Abstract:

The key to survival of the health care industry is the dynamic equilibrium between stability and change. Lack of forward thinking and a refusal to change can be fatal for any industry. Likewise, too much change, too soon can lead to chaos. The health care industry is unpredictable, and it is crucial for individuals and organizations to contribute input regarding all its factors. The industry must be willing to take small steps toward change, remain open to feedback and make necessary adjustments.
