Working smarter, not harder

Article Abstract:

Pilot cooperative care clinics are providing chronic care patients with medical information, routine care and a sense of connection. The clinics, initiated by doctors at Kaiser Foundation in Colorado, focus on health maintenance rather than standard diagnosing and curing. Article Abstract:

The Assn of Independent Physicians is a 100-member group of physicians founded in 1998 in Manhattan, New York, NY, to attract patients that are displeased with the managed care system.
