Look back at anger

Article Abstract:

Many people suffering from mental disorders are unable to control their anger or frustration which can lead to loss of physical control and sometimes violence. The Reaside Regional Secure Unit in Birmingham, England, has addressed the problem by introducing an anger management group for in-patients at the clinic in order to help them cope with their anger through an understanding of their feelings and through role-playing exercises. The group's success was partially due to the input of a dedicated multidisciplinary clinical team.
