Nationwide survey of work environment perceptions and dentists' salaries in community health centers

Article Abstract:

A study is conducted to identify sources of dissatisfaction that affect the retention of dentists and to determine current community health center (CHC) dentist salaries. Conclusions reveal that the periodic salary surveys can monitor factors associated with recruitment and retention of dentists in community and migrant health centers.

Private practice and the economic rate of return for residency training as a prosthodontist

Article Abstract:

A survey conducted to analyze the internal rate of return (IRR) for prosthodontic residency training from 2500 U.S. prosthodontists is statistically presented. The result showed that this prosthodontic residency is a very good investment.
