Breathe easy with the right respirator

Article Abstract:

Current legislative activities on standards for respiratory protection have raised disagreements among the three agencies responsible for respirator safety. One point of contention is whether respirator safety standards should conform strictly to scientific and technical criteria or allow room for application to practical workplace situations. Another is OSHA's current definition of oxygen deficiency as 19.5%, which is considered by some safety professionals as arbitrary.
