She discusses the importance of fostering communication at all management levels.

An ideal model for the NHS to follow

A nurse who had to get an emergency passport renewal found that the Passport Office, once known for being slow and offering poor service, was fast, efficient and customer friendly. She believes that the National Health Service should examine the improvements made at the Passport Office.
