Case 30-2005: A 56-year-old man with fever and axillary lymphadenopathy

Article Abstract:

A 56-year-old man who was suffering from a low-grade fever and left axillary lymphadenopathy was referred to the transplantation infectious disease clinic. A clinical diagnosis of cat scratch disease with a primary cutaneous lesion and lymphadenopathy in a renal transplant recipient is established.
