A woman who weighed 250 lbs achieved her desired weight of 133 lbs in three years by a combination of bodybuilding, proper eating habits and exercise. Her body composition changed with the loss of bodyfat and the addition of muscle which made her a potential competitor in bodybuilding competitions.

The personal experiences of a mother who took up the sport of bodybuilding and went on to win the Ms. Nevada title in 1999 are presented. The benefits of the win and the training schedule are discussed.
