Article Abstract:

Parents who exhibit good eating habits themselves are more likely to raise children with similar habits than parents who do not. Introducing children to fresh produce and letting them pick out produce for the family will help develop an interest in healthy foods. Also, making healthy foods appealing by serving them on nice dishes or cutting them into interesting shapes encourages younger children to eat well.

Clove encounters

Article Abstract:

Research shows that garlic has properties that fight high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, and some cancers. Also, it has antiviral and antibacterial properties. The compound S-allyl-cysteine is responsible for many of these benefits. Whole, fresh garlic is the best way to reap the rewards, because studies on garlic supplements are inconclusive.
