Consumer choice in continence products

Article Abstract:

There is growing public awareness of the problem of incontinence, but the availability of continence products and services in the UK is patchy. There is growing pressure on continence services, due to the growing number of people seeking help for the problem, and also to budgetary pressures. Several research initiatives are being carried out to assess the provision of continence services throughout the UK and to evaluate continence products. Article also discusses the different products available.
