Critical mass: Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates reveals his muscle-building secrets

Article Abstract:

Yates believes that basic, compound movements coupled with pyramiding and continuous tension principles is the secret to building a more massive body. He suggests training each body part with leg presses, barbell rows, dumbbell shoulder presses, decline barbell presses and deadlifts once a week.
