Bodybuilding nutrition involves sufficient carbohydrate, protein, fat, hydration and vitamins and minerals. A single vitamin or mineral or a large meal will not suffice for after workout nutrition. The key is to eat a meal with monosaccharides and polysaccharides for glycogen and fuel supply.
