Article Abstract:

Nutritious foods such as yogurt may help reduce the effects of aging. Tea contains an antioxidant that may reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. Other foods that may increase longevity are soybeans, garlic, foods high in carotenoids and foods high in B-vitamins.

Relaxing the mind and challenging the body may be the result of adding meaning to a walking workout. Walking bring balance into the exerciser's life by combining the relaxation of meditation with the exercise of walking.
