Front squat

Article Abstract:

The front squat is an important weight training exercise which is often overlooked by bodybuilders. The biggest problem with this exercise is the need to sustain the bar position across the shoulders. This can be solved through the Olympic lifter's rack technique.

To squat or not to squat?

Article Abstract:

Squats may be the best exercise to develop the quadricep muscles and other attending muscles but is not the sole exercise for the muscle group. Lunges, hack squats, leg presses and leg extensions can similarly effect quadricep development.

Article Abstract:

Doing squats exercises more muscle groups and weight-bearing joints than any other exercise. Three different squat techniques are discussed: power squats, bodybuilding squats and Olympic squats.
