Health care reform in Massachusetts - A work in progress

Massachusetts enacted health care reforms in April 2006 that will force all state residents to carry a minimum level of health insurance starting from July 2007. The key components of the Massachusetts health care plan and its progress are discussed.

Going Dutch - managed-competition health insurance in the Netherlands

The Dutch government has implemented the concept of national health insurance system in the Netherlands. The Health Insurance Act includes the provision of medical, as well as life insurances for all the citizens.
