Heart attack at 20-something?

Article Abstract:

Cases of heart attacks in young athletes have remained small, about one to two deaths per 200,000 athletes. To prevent heart attacks, strength and cardiovascular training is advised to balance out the negative effects of training heavily in a specific activity.

Article Abstract:

Peppers contain capsaicin which reduces muscular inflammation and prevents blood clotting in hypertensive patients. Capsaicin is also used for treating headaches and diabetic neuropathy. Recipes for 'Pasta Diablo' and T.A.P. sandwich are discussed.
