House Subcommittee examines impact of voluntary efforts

Article Abstract:

The importance of voluntary efforts to improve occupational safety and health, at convention held by the House Subcommittee, is discussed. While Occupational Safety and Health Administration's voluntary compliance programs appear to have positive effects, health and safety regulations, need to be enforced.
