OSHA cracks down on repeat violators

Article Abstract:

The Occupational Safety and Health Act violations by McWane Inc., prompted the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to take action on the companies which are violating the act. The new enforcement policy formulated by the OSHA to keep a check on companies which are violating the act is discussed.

The policy of Occupational Safety and Health Administration empowers the states in America to legislate their own laws on the health and safety standards of their respective regions. This in turn gives the scope to maintain safety and health in much beneficial and quicker way.
