Let's split up

Article Abstract:

Bodybuilders can benefit more from training if they divide it into two or more different sets instead of following a full-body regimen. Splitting workouts allow bodybuilders to focus all their energy on specific parts of the body and concentrate on weak areas. This strategy also gives each muscle group more rest before hitting it again.
