Postprandial hypotension in older Australians: relationship to glycaemia and habitual food intake

Article Abstract:

A study to establish a relationship between the postprandial hypotension (PPH) and glycaemia and habitual food intake in older Australians is conducted. Results indicate PPH is a commonly occurring ailment and symptomless condition among older Australians and that a potential link exists between PPH and glycaemia but habitual food intake did not affect PPH.

In search of a method to assess the availability, quality and price of vegetables and fruit

Article Abstract:

A study to develop a survey tool which would be helpful in gathering evidence about the availability, quality and price of vegetables and fruits in urban and rural communities in Australia is conducted. Results indicate that further effort is needed to arrive at a survey tool as currently it is very difficult to gauge all this information.
