Pre-exhaustion

Article Abstract:

The Weider principle of pre-exhaustion is a method of increasing muscle mass in a short time by working a muscle group in a repetitive exercise until it is almost tired and following it up with a series of exercise that further exercises the target muscle group along with its neighboring group.
