Provocation of Coronary vasospastic angina using an Isoproterenol head-up Tilt Test

Article Abstract:

The assessment of the mechanism and the ability of the Isoproterenol (ISO) and the Head-up Tilt Test (HUT) technique in the provocation of coronary artery spasm are studied. Using the ISO and HUT technique was found, that could provoke coronary vasospastic angina in addition to the detection of vasovagal syncope.

Prevention of Recurrent Deep Venous Thrombosis with Sulodexide: the Sanval registry

Article Abstract:

An oral antithrombotic agent sulodexide was used on a group of patient to study and evaluate the effect on the prevention of recurrent deep vein thrombosis (RDVT) in moderate to high-risk patients. Suodexide oral was found as an effective agent in reducing recurrent thrombotic events in high-risk patients.

Spontaneous arteriovenous fistula of the vertebral artery: Three case reports

Article Abstract:

Three cases of rare spontaneous arteriovenous fistulas of the vertebral artery (VAF) are reported. Doppler ultrasonography helps in finding definite diagnosis and the following up of these cases.
