Quad almighty

Article Abstract:

Bodybuilder Ian Harrison trained for six years before landing 14th place in the 1995 Mr. Olympia. He credits his creditable showing to the reduced time he spends in the gym. During his younger days, Harrison trained for hours at a time at the gym without resting, even when he was injured.
