Recurrence of spontaneous versus medically indicated preterm birth

Article Abstract:

The recurrence of spontaneous and medically indicated preterm birth in relation to severity of preterm birth are examined. The results have shown that spontaneous preterm birth is not only associated with increased recurrence of spontaneous but also medically indicated preterm birth and vice and versa, suggesting that the two clinical subtypes might share common etiologies.

Fetal growth rates and the very preterm delivery of twins
