Romanian deadlift

Article Abstract:

The Romanian deadlift is an exercise used by bodybuilders to develop and define their hamstrings and glutes. This exercise also builds muscles for sports such as weightlifting, basketball and swimming. The proper execution of the deadlift and workout tips are presented.
