Sequence for size: workout order does influence muscle gains

Article Abstract:

The order of exercises that are followed during weight training affects muscular atrophy. Multiple-joint exercises improve muscle mass and they also increase the amount of weight that is lifted. Single-joint exercises can be utilized to isolate and train specific muscle groups.

Article Abstract:

Guidelines for effective and progressive bench press exercises are presented. The training routine is quite light as it only occurs thrice weekly. Bench presses are required for only two of those three days. A training partner is needed to motivate achievement.
