Once the dye is cast...

Article Abstract:

Between 3,000 and 4,000 people believed suffering from Myodil-induced arachnoiditis are taking legal action against the manufacturer, Glaxo. Arachnoiditis may have occurred as a result of the use of myelography in back-pain investigation. The procedure involved injection of Myodil into the spinal fluid. However, Myodil is not the only cause of arachnoiditis. Glaxo denies negligence and considers the claim difficult to prove.
