Diets don't work

A woman in her late thirties shared her weight-reducing regimen and personal experiences while struggling to overcome her eating habits due to her emotional state. By controlling her eating and working out, she was able to lose a total of 110 pounds.

Some people justify not exercising claiming not to have the time to do so. However, a single mother of two recounts hows she held a job, raised her children and still managed to lose 50 lbs. by doing cardiovascular exercises and lifting weights.
