Training with Arnold

Article Abstract:

Schwarzenegger trained on a three-way split routine when he prepared for the bodybuilding competitions in the 1970s. He would work the chest and back on one day, the legs on another, and the deltoids and arms on the third. He always exerted himself to an intensity where the last repetition was absolutely his last.
