Building lower lats

Article Abstract:

The one-arm lateral pull and scapula rotation exercises strengthen and develop the lower latissimus dorsi. Well-developed lower lats give bodybuilders heart-shaped backs. Meanwhile, strength can be improved by 10% by concentrating on weak parts.

No more skinny arms

Bodybuilders can build big arms with the close-grip bench press with an EZ-bar and kneeling triceps extension from an adjustable high cable. Before doing their tricep exercises, however, bodybuilders should first exercised their biceps.
