Try point incentives for employee reward and recognition

Article Abstract:

A flexible workforce management program based on rewards that was implemented to increase visibility and communication of open shifts, standardize incentives and inspire the nurses to provide the much required staffing coverage is discussed. The platform can also be used to monitor all of the incentive management programs that were used throughout the organization to ensure fairness and consistency.

Encourage corporate compliance and disclosure

Article Abstract:

Medical institutions and organizations should encourage their staff members to have ethical environment and encourage them to report unethical behavior of any other staff member. Corporate compliance should promote the values of honest, integrity, loyalty, faithfulness and respect to each other and should allow employees to report any wrongdoing without fear of retribution.
