Vulvar disease: A pelvic floor pain disorder?

Article Abstract:

The study compared the rates of painful bladder syndrome and functional bowel disorders in women with vulvar disease and control subjects. The results revealed that painful bladder syndrome and functional bowel disorders are more prevalent in women who are seen at a vulvar disease clinic than gynecology clinics control subjects.

Vulvar cellular angiofibroma: A case report

Article Abstract:

A cellular angiofibroma of the vulva is a rare benign growth of mesenchymal origin usually described as a lesion of middle-aged women. A case vulvar angiofibrome occurred in a 31-year-old woman, initially it was thought to be a lipoma but a simple excision showed the mass to be consistent with a cellular angiofibroma.

Vulvitis granulomatosa and unilateral hypertrophy of the vulva related to Crohn's disease: A case report

Article Abstract:

The case of a patient with voluminous unilateral hypertrophy of vulvar labia and pseudocondylomata in the fossa navicularis associated with intestinal Crohn's disease is presented. The interrelationship of genital alterations and Crohn's disease are discussed.
