When should you feed your muscles?

Article Abstract:

Muscle growth is achieved when protein synthetic rates exceed protein degradation. Muscle protein synthesis is increased between 4 and 24 hours after training, therefore, from inference, bodybuilders should consume their dietary proteins within this period to increase muscle mass.
