Nursing should value multidisciplinary teamwork

Article Abstract:

A multidisciplinary teamwork needs to be incorporated into the nursing profession that consists of nurses, mental health nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, a doctor and a consultant. Such an approach allows making a sensitive and perceptive assessment of patients, authorizing them to make the right choices.

Finding time to reflect

Article Abstract:

Nurses are well embedded with the concept of experiential learning and learning through reflective practices. Research has shown that active reflection gives nurses and other healthcare professionals confidence and courage in terms of clinical decision-making.
