Pots & planters: the essential accessories

Article Abstract:

Hardware retailers can tap into the profitable sale of pots and planters by either adopting a creative marketing strategy or practically eliminating any attempt at marketing and relying on customers to find what they need. With more than 21 million households buying some type of planter or pot, there is a vast market out there waiting to be tapped through creative marketing. This is particularly easy in the face of the wide variety of pots and planters available.

Can they sell compost bins at retail?

Article Abstract:

Hardware retailers could profitably sell large numbers of compost bins if customers understood how useful and efficient the bins are. Already a bestseller in the catalog industry, compost bins buyers will not mind paying between $89 and $120 for the bins, according to some distributors. Some industry experts also note that there is a vast market for add-ons that can also generate additional income.
