High tech goes to the beach

Article Abstract:

An office building built in 1957 was renovated into a 1,500-square-foot loft from eight former medical offices in Miami, FL. The loft was designed by owner Yamir Perez to invoke a 1990s feel. The concrete beams are exposed and concrete pavers form the floor. Much of the design is influenced by the sea.
