360-degree feedback with systematic coaching: empirical analysis suggests a winning combination

Article Abstract:

The effectiveness of the 360-degree program can be improved by combining it with the coaching that is focused on enhanced self-awareness and behavioral management. This feedback-coaching resulted in improved manager and employee satisfaction, commitment, intentions to turnover, and the firm's performance.

Promoting organizational learning and self-renewal in Taiwanese companies: the role of HRM

Article Abstract:

The relationship of learning-oriented HRM, employeeEs learning attitudes, and self-renewal organizational climate are investigated. The results support the view that organization self-renewal hinges on employees' learning attitudes, according to the data collected from the large corporations in Taiwan.

Balancing work and learning

The job training, performance support tools and job aids provide a temporary learning for employees, and its budget is decreasing with time. This learning will help the employees to take off time from work and pursue dedicated learning activities.
