A reassessment of the relationship between job specialization, job rotation and job burnout: example of Taiwan's high - technology industry

Article Abstract:

The usage of job rotation and job specialization systems reduce the job burnout among the employees in high technology industry in Taiwan. The study also suggests that the above systems could be effectively applied to face the environmental and technological changes in the current economic conditions.
