Consultants: The trainer's friend. And vice versa

Article Abstract:

The executive directors of the Independent Consultants Association suggest some ways with the help of which workplace learning and performance professionals can uniquely and specifically help organizations leverage the use of consultants. They include providing a list of potential consultants and consulting firms, screening consultants, working on engagement agreement and sending ongoing alerts to problems, issues and opportunities.
