Determinants of sales manager satisfaction: an analysis of Spanish firms

Article Abstract:

The parameters that regulate sales manager job satisfaction, especially human resource management (HRM) practices, are examined. The analysis is based on the information derived from the experimental examination of a few chosen companies of Spain.
