France u New social cohesion plan

Article Abstract:

A new plan to address the problems that threaten to disturb the social harmony in France was unveiled by the social cohesion minister Jean-Louis Barloo on June 30 2004. The plan, which will run over a five-year period focuses on employment, housing and equal opportunities for men and women in employment.
