Way in which the debates about reality and rhetoric about human resource management (HRM) should be understood is assessed. Extent to which changes in " HRMization" process have taken place in reality, in the organizations is examined, in the light of Turkish experience.

The impact of human resource management practices and corporate entrepreneurship on firm performance: evidence from Turkish firms
