Impact of people management practices on organizational performance: analysis of a causal model

Article Abstract:

An empirical research is conducted to identify the intervening process that links human resource management practices with organizational performance. The research suggests that even if a human resource practice does not show direct causal connection, it can significantly influence organizational outcomes indirectly.
