Labor and Spanish-language broadcasters

Article Abstract:

An independent analysis of the Spanish language broadcasting industry in Los Angeles provides baseline information regarding the working conditions. Disturbing differences exist not only within Spanish-language industry but also between Spanish and English language industries requiring unionization of the Spanish-language industry.
