Learning networks, power and legitimacy in multinational subsidiaries

Article Abstract:

The learning networks are demonstrated to know the way the embedded nature of knowledge within the organizational and environmental context influences on subsidiaries' mechanisms for leveraging knowledge as a source of power. The local were found more likely to enable innovations because local context were perceived as being the most useful or legitimate.

Consultation and communication in family business in Great Britain

Article Abstract:

The consultation and communication and its relation in the business performance of family business based in the United Kingdom is analyzed. The study shows, family-owned businesses have very less consultation and communications and even when there is consultation present it do not make much economic benefit in the business.
