Programme knowledge and value of work - family practices and organizational commitment

Article Abstract:

The knowledge or lack of it about the welfare programs offered to the employees by the employers, affects the level of job commitment among the workers. The study also found that the aspects which the employer tend to think as unimportant may lower employee commitment.
