Question mark over future of childcare

Article Abstract:

A report underlining the huge investment in childcare made by the government, which may go waste due to the numerous threats to the sustainability of the services is presented. The report made by the National Audit office (NAO) suggest the development of childminder networks and expand the workforce by attracting older workers as well as other efforts by the government to solve childcare services.

Hong Kongs positive action measures unlawful
